Recruitment :

Recruitment of workers is done at the corporate office and at the center’s recruitment cell. Thorough security background of every individual, minimum educational level, physical appearance & endurance, fitness level, previous experiences are the prerequisites considered while selecting a trainee. After recruitment, each trainee has to go through a thorough medical test at our approved Medical Centre. Trainees requiring additional training are then mobilized at the center as per mobilization schedules. Trainees are issued with working dress, safety boots, hand gloves, sun caps and helmets as standard issues.
